Most of us who went to the "day diet" found that we could not stick to them because they were too restrictive and difficult to follow. I wanted to burn fat and lose weight, live in grapefruit and rice cakes.

Seriously, anyone can live their lives in 800 calories a day? Is there?

I do not know anyone can be your normal happy self, if your stomach screaming for food. You feel unhappy and so did every body around. More to feel depressed, you send your body the wrong message.

When is drastically reduced food intake, your body says "EMERGENCY Save fat - I need it later - Hard times are coming." Your body goes into survival mode. Your metabolism slows down.

The key to the success of your diet is that it should be possible for you. This is not your neighbor, not your sister or cousin YOU.

A feeling of satiety eating quality protein and healthy fats (healthy fats that is right) - will be very satisfied with a reasonable and the portions tend to eat some would call a little high, but reasonable for me..

If you feel full and satisfied after a meal, do not sneak into the pantry to snack on hidden there for emergencies donuts. You get your protein quality natural beef, organic chicken, fresh fish, whole eggs and other tasty foods.
