Work on a Weight Loss Goal
When you work on your weight loss goals you need to come up with vision statements. These are very important to successful weight loss because you are painting a picture in your head of what your reality will be. Once you realize these vision statements and make them real, you can go back and read them to remind yourself of the results you want. Having a picture in your mind helps your reality to manifest into reality. Think of it as starting to write something on a Birthday card. You think about what you want to write before you write it. Same concept. You're just thinking of what you want to look like before you look that way.
A Good Vision Statement
Make sure your vision statements are positive and healthy. These vision statements are what you want to look like. Some good ones to start with and modify can be "This is what I am" "This is what I look like" "This is who I am" Remember, positive thinking goes further than negative thoughts. Love you for who you are today and continue that train of thought and you will succeed!
A key element to remember when doing a vision statement is not only to speak positively and in the present tense, but say it in such a way that you believe in it, and dont say them in a state of panic and disbelief. Be excited about your thoughts and thinking. Believe completely in what you are saying. This may take a few times, but keep at it. You WILL change your way of thinking and eventually your brain will automatically program those thoughts and you won't even have to try anymore to think positively.
For example, if you say "I am thin" and you really truly feel fat that day, you are really sending out that statement with negative vibes attached, which means even if you do lose the weight, you will never be satisfied with the results. Your brain will also get mixed signals and choose what you hear is truly believing and you will lose progress.
Love Yourself No Matter What
Try everything you can think of to make yourself feel good and say those "I love myself today" with true positive conviction! Think of a time were you really felt sexy, what did you do to feel that way? Recreate that if you have to then say to yourself out loud your vision statement so you truly believe it.
